Promotion and information

INFORMATION AND PUBLICITY
Having received the financial assistance within NGOF, the Beneficiary is obliged to inform about the funds granted in all documents related to the project and in all promotion materials (e.g. training materials, brochures, leaflets, posters). The aim of information and promotion measures undertaken is to make aware the project’s recipients of the financial source of undertakings carried out, i.e. of the specifically created Fund for Non-Governmental Organization financed from the Norwegian Financial Mechanism and EEA Financial Mechanism and partially from the Polish budget. All initiated measures shall be provided with the following information:„Financial support provided by Island, Liechtenstein and Norway in form of the financial assistance granted within the Financial Mechanism of the European Economic Area and the Norwegian Financial Mechanism and the budget of the Republic of Poland within the Fund for Non-Governmental Organisations.”

Information and promotion instruments:
Information materials
If any publications are planned within the project (e.g. brochures, leaflets, newsletters), on the title page they shall contain a clear reference to the Financial Mechanisms, their emblems, logo of the Fund for Non-Governmental Organisations and of the Intermediary. The emblems of the Financial Mechanisms may be accompanied by national or regional symbols. Above mentioned principles shall apply also to information materials made available electronically (e.g. through web sites, electronic data bases for potential Beneficiaries) or audio-visual materials.

Information events
Organizers of information events (such as trainings, conferences, seminars, fairs or exhibitions), organized in relation to the implementation of projects co-financed from the Financial Mechanisms, shall clearly indicate the financial participation of the Financial Mechanisms within the project. They shall inform the Intermediary in advance about these events to enable the Intermediary to take part in the event, if deemed to be necessary.
