Application form
Before running the
application form one should change the security level of the MS Excel programme
or one compatible with it. In order to do so, please choose Tools -> Options,
after that in tab Security proceed to Macros Security folder. In
the first tab – Security Levels – please choose „Low”.
If the security level is
set to „Medium”, then, while opening the Application a following message will
appear on your screen:
Please choose „Turn
macros on” for correct usage of the application.

Excel 2007 please follow the following instructions:
